Broussard, David & Moroux Joins Mothers Against Drunk Driving Lawyer Resource Network to Support Victims and Survivors in Louisiana
Lafayette, Louisiana — Broussard, David & Moroux, Louisiana’s leading catastrophic injury firm, is proud to announce its participation in the MADD Lawyers Resource Network, expanding access to trusted legal support for victims and survivors of impaired driving crashes across Louisiana. They are also the very first law firm in the state to partner with MADD in this new program.
The MADD Lawyer Resource Network is a nationwide initiative designed to connect compassionate, vetted legal professionals with individuals and families impacted by impaired driving. The program prioritizes ethical, transparent partnerships and is not a referral-for-fee service, but rather a mission-driven network aligned with MADD’s goal of ending impaired driving and supporting those affected.
Through this network, Broussard, David & Moroux will help provide survivors with access to knowledgeable legal guidance during what is often a complex and overwhelming time.
“Every day, we hear from victims and survivors who are navigating not only the emotional aftermath of a crash, but also difficult legal questions,” said Sunny Wall, Executive Director of MADD Louisiana. “Having dedicated partners like Broussard, David & Moroux in the community ensures that those impacted by impaired driving have access to trusted, ethical legal support when they need it most.”
Participation in the MADD Lawyer Resource Network requires attorneys to undergo a thorough vetting process and demonstrate alignment with MADD’s mission.
“Over the years, we have seen firsthand the devastating toll impaired driving takes – and every single one represents a life changed in an instant. As a firm focused on catastrophic injury, we walk alongside individuals and families facing unimaginable loss every day. Supporting efforts to combat impaired driving and care for those affected isn’t just important to us, it’s part of why we do this work,” said Blake R. David, Partner of Broussard, David & Moroux.
MADD continues to build a nationwide network of legal professionals and partners dedicated to creating safer communities and supporting those affected by impaired driving. In addition to the MADD Lawyer Resource Network, victims and survivors of impaired driving crashes are encouraged to seek support and access the wide range of resources available. MADD offers free, confidential emotional support, guidance through the criminal and civil justice processes, and connections to local services through the 24-Hour Victim Help Line 1-877-MADD-HELP.
